Name: Aurelian Tutuianu
Country: Romania
Message: NetBeans have a special place in my heart. I used it since Forte for
Java 3.0 CE. I am still amazed about the pace and values of open source software.
This is not my first contribution to the NetBeans great community and for sure
will not be the last. A small payback to the community as a sign of attachment
and esteem.

Dream Team
NetBeans community is really big hence it is obvious that there
are not only "ordinary" users but also people who want to give something in return.
However, size, nature, quality and frequency differs. In January 2007 we created
a group of community members whose contributions were clearly outstanding and we
called it a NetBeans Dream Team. Right
now the team consists of ~30 passionate NetBeans supporters who help NetBeans project
in many ways. They speak about NetBeans on conferences, write books or blog about
NetBeans, support developers on public mailing lists, many of DreamTeam members are
consultants thanks to their deep understanding of NetBeans RCP. They are true
NetBeans evangelists directly supporting NetBeans adoption. For their on-going
activity they are well known among the community and often get recognized by being
elected to NetBeans Governance Board.
